LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a client in Nashville, TN to hire an Accounts Payable Specialist in the Hospitality industry. This position is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a fastpaced environment and wants to support an established and growing accounting team.
About the Role
Compensation: $52,000-$57,000 annually
Location: Franklin, TN
Type: Direct Hire
Responsibilities
Process invoices with accuracy and attention to detail
Match, code, and enter invoices into the accounting system
Assist with weekly payment runs, ACH payments, and check processing
Manage vendor setup, maintain W9s, and update records as needed
Monitor the AP inbox and respond to internal and external inquiries
Reconcile statements and follow up on outstanding items
Support monthend activities and assist with additional accounting tasks as needed
Qualifications
3-5 years of Accounts Payable experience required
Experience in any accounting or finance environment is a plus
Required Skills
Strong accuracy, organization, and problemsolving skills
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
Proficient in Excel and general accounting software or ERP systems
