* Process invoices and ensure timely vendor payments.
* Reconcile accounts and assist with journal entries.
* Manage vendor relationships and resolve payment issues.
* Process weekly check runs, ACH payments, and credit card transactions.
* Maintain utility tracking and prepare annual 1099s.
* Utilize multiple accounting systems, including Excel and banking platforms.
* Support fraud prevention efforts through Positive Pay processes.

**Qualifications:**

* AP, accounting, or administrative experience preferred.
* Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
* Ability to learn new systems and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
