**Qualifications:**

- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field
- CPA certification preferred, or actively pursuing
- Minimum of 3 years relevant accounting experience
- Proficient in GAAP and STAT standards and compliance with SOX
- Skilled in financial reporting and analysis
- Experience supervising junior staff and fostering professional growth
- Competency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
- High level of confidentiality and professionalism
- Demonstrated customer service skills
