AR/Collections Specialist

Kforce has a client that is seeking an AR/Collections Specialist in Saint Louis, MO. This role is responsible for collections for all 5 divisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and collect accounts receivable by contacting clients via telephone and email
• Researching issues on customer accounts and escalating internally as needed
• Identify slow-paying customers and recommend collection candidates
• Prepare and send monthly customer statements
• Manage cash application making sure all cash receipts are applied properly
• Process customer credit applications* High School diploma/GED
• 3-5 years collection and accounts receivable experience
• Experience with Oracle a plus
