Law Firm Billing Specialist

Prior experience handling accounting tasks within a professional services firm is required. This is a fully in office role and the hours are 8:30am-5pm. Firm is offering competitive pay and benefits. Requirements: Must be organized and have excellent communication skills High School Diploma or equivalent Prior law firm or other professional services billing experience required Knowledge of QuickBooks a plus Knowledge of TABS a plus This role will entail full cycle billing for 5 attorneys (not high volume, but must be very organized and detail oriented), light AP work, credit card reconciliations.
