Job Summary:
We are partnering with a growing manufacturing company in Jacksonville to add an Accounting Clerk to their team. This role is ideal for someone with at least one year of accounting experience who is looking to build their skills in a stable, team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable processing
• Enter and maintain accurate financial data in the accounting system
• Prepare and process invoices, payments, and expense reports
• Perform basic reconciliations and support month-end close activities
• Maintain organized financial records and documentation
• Communicate with internal teams and vendors to resolve discrepancies

Qualifications:

• 1+ year of accounting or bookkeeping experience
• Experience with QuickBooks Desktop preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general computer skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
