Manufacturing Accounts Receivable Specialist

Qualifications and responsibilities for this Manufacturing Accounts Receivable Specialist position include: Accounting experience required, with a degree preferred; additional experience may be considered in place of a degree. Experience with accounts receivable, accounts payable, invoicing, aging reports, and collection calls. Contact customers regarding payments, including customers purchasing parts and equipment-related products. Support banking-related accounting functions as the role develops. Experience with Sage preferred. Proficiency with Excel, Word, and basic computer skills required. Strong communication, typing, organization, and customer follow-up skills required. Experience with manufacturing or energy environments is a plus. Salary : $70,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
