Accounts Receivable Clerk Job Description: The Huffines Accounts Receivable associate performs financial and accounting functions for the company, with a focus on accounts receivable for the dealership and financial reports requiring strong skills in problem-solving, documentation, research, and financial data analysis. Accounts Receivable Clerk Responsibilities:

• Verifies, allocates, and posts transactions into proper journals and ensures transaction backup documents are properly maintained
• Maintains an adequate system of accounting records and develops periodic financial reports that comply with generally accepted accounting principles
• Oversees vendor management and outsourcing
• Maintains accounts receivable
• Completes daily deposit
• Maintains and orders supplies
• Manages and reconciles petty cash
• Performs other duties as assigned

Accounts Receivable Clerk Job Requirements:

• Minimum 2+ years experience in automotive dealership accounting
• Detail-oriented and good with numbers
• Proficient with accounting software and Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
• Fluent English speaking and written communication skills
• Excellent time management skills
• Professional dress, speech, and behavior are all required for this position
