I am currently partnering with a prominent multi-unit hospitality group in Las Vegas to identify a systems-savvy accounting professional for a critical R365 optimization project.

The Focus: We need an expert to dive into the existing R365 setup to ensure the system is performing at peak efficiency. This is a hands-on role focused on data integrity and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• System Audit & Cleanup: Review and optimize the current R365 environment, including the Chart of Accounts.
  
  
• Integration Management: Streamline vendor integrations and stabilize bank feeds to ensure seamless data flow.
  
  
• Tax Readiness: Lead the extraction and preparation of critical tax data for upcoming filings.

salary: $45 - $55 per hour

Responsibilities

• R365 Optimization: Review, clean up, and optimize existing R365 setups, including the Chart of Accounts, vendor integrations, and bank feeds.
  
  
• Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheets, Cash Flow) with a focus on restaurant-specific metrics like prime cost and CoGS.
  
  
• Inventory & Food Costing: Assist clients with R365 inventory tracking, recipe costing, and waste logs to improve margins.
  
  
• AP & Payroll Integration: Streamline accounts payable workflows and ensure seamless integration between POS systems, payroll providers, and R365.
  
  
• Training & Support: Act as the subject matter expert to train client teams on R365 best practices and troubleshooting.
