AP Supervisor

Kforce's client, a growing organization located in the St. Louis, MO area, is seeking a hands-on Accounts Payable Supervisor to build and lead its AP function in a high-growth environment. This is an excellent opportunity to own the full AP cycle while driving process improvements and future scalability. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle accounts payable (coding, processing, reconciliations, vendor relations)
• Ensure timely, accurate invoice and payment processing
• Support month-end close, accruals, and reporting
• Strengthen internal controls and AP procedures
• Partner cross-functionally to improve procure-to-pay workflows
• Lead automation initiatives and support ERP enhancements
• Help scale the function, including hiring and mentoring staff* 3+ years of AP experience (high-volume preferred)
• Supervisory or leadership experience preferred
• ERP experience required (NetSuite/Ramp a plus)
• Strong Excel and systems skills
• Process improvement and automation mindset
