The Accounts Payable Specialist is responsible for managing and processing the organization's accounts payable operations, ensuring accurate and timely payment of invoices and maintaining vendor relationships. The ideal candidate will proficiently use QuickBooks and other accounting software to support financial transactions.

Responsibilities

Process and manage accounts payable transactions accurately and timelyMaintain vendor records and reconcile accountsEnsure compliance with company policies and financial regulationsCollaborate with accounting and finance teams to resolve discrepanciesPrepare reports related to accounts payable activities
