Job Requirements Associate degree or bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related experience 3+ years of experience in an accounts receivable or similar finance role Proficiency with accounting software, preferably Epicor Strong Excel skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications Experience reviewing invoices, purchase orders, packing slips, and payment records Ability to maintain accurate financial records and transaction data Preferred Skills Experience with aerospace manufacturing invoicing processes Experience using Epicor for invoice processing and payment posting Experience generating customer statements and aged receivables reports Experience issuing credits and processing returns-related transactions Experience reconciling customer accounts and adjusting invoices Job Responsibilities Review packing slips for sequence accuracy and retrieve current-date shipments Run invoices from the ERP system and cross-check against purchase orders for accuracy Create manual invoices as needed Generate customer statements in Excel on request Adjust invoices to balance customer accounts Run weekly aged receivables reports Identify past-due invoices and follow up for payment by email or phone Identify commissionable invoices in Epicor Verify payment details and post verified payments in the ERP system Process return details and issue corresponding credits Pay: 60k-65k/yr Benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, term life insurance, short-term disability insurance, additional voluntary benefits, commuter benefits and 401K plan.
