Bookkeeping & Accounts Receivable Specialist Full Time (On-Site)

We're a fast-growing truck chassis rental and equipment leasing company based in Bayonne, NJ. We provide high-quality chassis and dependable service to logistics and transportation clients across the region. Were looking for an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team and help manage billing, payments, and collections as we continue to expand.

Responsibilities:
Create and send invoices for truck chassis rentals and related services
Record incoming payments and reconcile customer accounts
Monitor aging reports and follow up on overdue balances
Communicate with customers to resolve billing issues
Assist with monthly closings and financial reporting
Support the accounting team with general AR duties

Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable, billing, or collections
Proficiency with QuickBooks, Excel, or similar accounting software
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
Experience in trucking, logistics, or equipment leasing a plus
