The Central Shenandoah Planning District Commission (CSPDC) provides planning services and technical assistance to its 21 member jurisdictions including comprehensive and land use planning, transportation and public transit, water and wastewater utilities, natural resource management, affordable housing, economic and community development, disaster mitigation and preparedness education, and environmental services. The CSPDC is committed to assisting its member jurisdictions with a variety of projects and programs that improve the economic vitality of the Region and the quality of life of its residents.
