Director of Finance Brooklyn Center, MN | $150,000$180,000 Base + 1015% Bonus Looking for an opportunity to lead finance for a growing manufacturing business and have a direct impact on company performance? Were partnering with a privately held manufacturing organization seeking a Finance & Accounting Director to lead the U.S. finance function and serve as a key business partner to executive leadership. This is a highly visible leadership role offering broad responsibility across accounting, finance, cost accounting, budgeting, forecasting, cash management, and operational decision support. The company has successfully completed a significant operational transformation and is continuing to invest in growth, process improvements, and future expansion initiatives. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable leading strategic discussions with executives and rolling up their sleeves to support day-to-day financial operations.
