Finance & Accounting Director Location: Brooklyn Center, MN About the Opportunity We are partnering with a growing, privately held manufacturing company to identify a Finance & Accounting Director to lead the accounting and finance function for its U.S. operations. This is a highly visible leadership opportunity with a company that is investing in growth, operational improvement, and long-term expansion initiatives. The organization operates in a specialized manufacturing environment and is continuing to build momentum following a significant operational transformation over the past several years. This role offers the opportunity to serve as the top finance leader for the business unit while partnering directly with executive leadership on both strategic and operational initiatives. Position Overview This is a hands-on accounting and finance leadership role responsible for overseeing all financial operations for the U.S. business, including accounting, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cost accounting, cash management, and operational finance support. The role will lead a small accounting team and work closely with operations leadership to improve financial visibility, drive process improvements, and support continued business growth. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys operating both strategically and tactically within a manufacturing environment.
