Property Accountant

One of the Triad's well-established property management company has an immediate need for a property accountant. You will work directly with the controller and will be an integral part of the team. The ideal candidate will be a strong accountant with 3+ years of experience in month end close, general ledger, and reconciliations.

Qualifications:

• BS in Accounting or equivalent work experience

• Strong technical skills with Excel and Rent Manager

• Ability to communicate well with others

• Have an analytical mindset and a curious nature
