We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Part-Time Bookkeeper / Sales Data Entry Clerk.

This is an entry-level position ideal for someone who is organized, computer proficient, and eager to learn. The position is expected to last approximately 4-5 months, 30 hours a week, with the potential to become 40 hours per week after a few months based on business needs and performance.

Schedule
Approximately 30 hours per week
Potential to increase to 40 hours per week
Temporary position (4-5 months) but could become full term

Responsibilities
Enter sales orders and customer information accurately
Perform data entry and maintain records
Assist with basic bookkeeping and accounting tasks
Process invoices and other administrative documents
Maintain organized electronic and paper files
Support the Accounting and Operations departments as needed

Qualifications
Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and Outlook
Accurate data entry and attention to detail
Good organizational and time-management skills
Ability to learn new software and procedures quickly
Reliable, professional, and able to work independently
Previous bookkeeping or office experience is a plus but not required
