We are a fast-paced, client-focused Workers Compensation and Personal Injury law firm seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper/ Assistant to join our team. This role combines bookkeeping responsibilities with office administrative support, making it ideal for someone organized, dependable, and comfortable managing both financial and office-related tasks.

**Spanish is a plus.**

Responsibilities:

Bookkeeping Duties:
- Manage accounts payable and receivable
- Process settlements and client disbursements
- Reconcile bank accounts
- Track case costs
- Prepare financial reports & Pay Invoices
- Maintain accurate financial records in QuickBooks

Office Assistant Duties:
- Order office supplies and assist with general office upkeep
- Assist with filing and document management
- Assist office administration with daily task and updates

Qualifications:
- Prior bookkeeping experience (law firm experience preferred)
- Experience with Workers Compensation and/or Personal Injury cases is a plus
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
