Billing Specialist

This will be an hourly, non-exempt position (overtime eligible).
Pay range depending on level of experience: $22-27/hour

**Key Responsibilities**

* Review and process daily vehicle invoices and sales journal entries.
* Perform vehicle costing and profitability analysis.
* Process accruals for pending costs and recognize finance-related revenue.
* Reconcile customer purchase orders with internal sales records.
* Review sales tax, DMV fees, and other applicable charges.
* Follow up with sales and service teams on outstanding items.
* Prepare billing and management reports.
* Provide accounting support, including audit assistance.
* Verify vehicle delivery status and maintain accurate records.
