We are seeking an Office Manager, Accounting for an HOA Management company in Charlotte, NC to partner closely with local and regional stakeholders to optimize daily operations, financial performance, and ensure timely & accurate reporting in compliance with internal practices, processes, and standards.
Status: Direct Hire position
Schedule: Mon-Fri (onsite)
Location: Charlotte, NC 28269
Base salary: $70K-$80K/yr. (depending upon experience)

RESPONSIBILTIES
Daily office operations oversight with team supervisory responsibilities.
Assisting team with goals and objectives, ensuring they are on track with performance.
Perform month-end closing, accruals, financial reconciliations, financial reporting.
Tracking cost center spending and expenses.
Overseeing and coordinating monthly management reporting.
Ensuring financial performance remains within approved cost center budgets.
Provide outlook vs. budget reporting and supporting month-end closing.
Preparing monthly reports and distribute to applicable cost centers.
Communicate effectively in person and via phone calls with clients and colleagues.
Assisting with the training of new hires and promoted internal employees.
Assisting with training programs and curriculums; partnering with management team to organize and implement needed training.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelors degree preferred with 3-4+ years of office management experience.
Accounting knowledge of month end close, accruals, financial reconciliations, and financial reporting.
Proficient with MS Office or Google Suite: Gmail, Docs, Sheets.
Accounting software experience (QuickBooks or similar).
Possessing strong people leadership and stakeholder management skills.
