LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Legal Billing Coordinator for a confidential client in the legal industry. This is a fantastic opportunity for a billing professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is looking to contribute to a high-performing legal team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, review, and process client invoices in accordance with firm billing guidelines and client requirements
  • Collaborate with attorneys and legal staff to ensure accurate time entry and billing data
  • Monitor billing deadlines and ensure timely submission of invoices
  • Resolve billing discrepancies and respond to client inquiries regarding invoices
  • Maintain billing records and assist with reporting and analysis
  • Support month-end and year-end billing processes

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in legal billing or accounting within a law firm or professional services environment
  • Proficiency with billing software (e.g., Aderant, Elite, Bill4Time, or similar platforms)
  • Strong understanding of billing procedures and client guidelines
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with electronic billing systems and eBilling portals
  • Familiarity with legal terminology and timekeeping practices
  • Knowledge of financial reporting and reconciliation processes

Benefits:

Depending on the specific client, location, and role, the benefits may include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401k plan. Additionally, you may be eligible for paid leave including Paid Sick Leave or other paid leave required by Federal, State, or local law, as well as Holiday pay where applicable.

Pay Details: $55,000.00 to $65,000.00 per year
