Accounts Payable Specialist | Houston, TX

Seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team in Houston, TX. This role is responsible for managing the full accounts payable process, maintaining accurate financial records, and building strong vendor relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
Process and verify invoices, including 3-way match verification
Manage vendor payments and invoice due dates
Reconcile vendor accounts and maintain accurate records
Assist with audits, 1099 reporting, and fixed asset tracking
Collaborate with Procurement, Inventory, and other departments
Maintain vendor contracts and payment documentation
Resolve invoice discrepancies and vendor inquiries

Qualifications:
Accounts Payable experience required
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Experience with accounting software and ERP systems preferred
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential
