We are looking for an organized, outgoing individual to join our growing team in the position of administrative and collections clerk. The ideal candidate should have the ability to work in a busy, professional office environment.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
Review field notes and site plans to accurately compile to report format using technical writing skills.
Position may include dictation transcription.
Preparation of industry specific reports and documents.
Assist with accounting duties, most specifically billing and receivables. This may be a part time availability with flexible daytime, weekday hours.
Reception duties.
This is a full-time role for an Administrative Assistant based in Surrey, BC. The Administrative Assistant will manage daily administrative tasks, provide clerical support, and assist with executive-level administrative functions as needed. Core responsibilities will include maintaining schedules, managing communications, handling phone inquiries, organizing documents, and supporting internal operations to ensure smooth workflow.
Requirements:
Office experience is an asset, but we will provide training for the right individual.
Effective language communication skills; both written and oral, Punjabi is an asset.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
Able to work under pressure to meet deadlines and be well organized.
