Part-Time Accounts Receivable / Collections Specialist (Long-Term Temp) Looking for a steady, long-term role that respects your work-life balance? We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable (AR) Collections professional to join our team for a part-time, long-term temporary assignment. What you will do: As our go-to Collections Clerk, you will keep our cash flow healthy by managing the aging ledger. Your day-to-day will include:

• Proactive Outreach: Reaching out to clients via phone and email to secure past-due payments professionally and diplomatically.
  
  
• Problem Solving: Investigating and resolving billing discrepancies, short payments, and client disputes.
  
  
• Data Integrity: Keeping our accounting software perfectly updated with accurate notes, payment commitments, and reconciliation logs.
  
  
• Internal Collaboration: Partnering with our billing and customer service teams to clear up invoice roadblocks.
  
  

What we are looking for:

• Experience: 2 to 3 years of direct experience in AR or corporate (B2B) collections.
  
  
• Communication Skills: A polite, professional, yet firm approach to financial conversations.
  
  
• Tech-Savvy: Solid experience with accounting software platforms and basic Microsoft Excel (data entry, sorting, tracking).
  
  
• Reliability: High attention to detail and ability to work independently during your shifts.

Responsibilities
