Our well-established company with over 30 years in the business is seeking a Full Charge Bookkeeper with demonstrated QuickBooks experience. This vital role supports the Accounting Manager by ensuring all accounting functions are executed accurately and promptly. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple accounting tasks effectively in a mostly independent work setting. Responsibilities Manage customer billing and accounts receivable Perform accruals and journal entries Prepare financial reporting, including 1099 processing Execute day-to-day accounting operations Oversee company insurance policies and automobile records Assist the Accounting Manager with projects and special assignments such as end-of-year financial close and tax reporting support Support data entry and maintain accurate records Required Qualifications 3+ years of proven QuickBooks experience Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word Hands-on knowledge of accounts receivable and accounts payable processes Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Effective time management and ability to juggle competing tasks Discretion and loyalty in handling sensitive financial information Reliable transportation and punctuality Strong work ethic We are looking for that right someone to hit the ground running once we have taught them the business.
