Note: Candidates must have 4+ years of experience at a public accounting firm and a bachelor's degree in accounting. CPA, EA, or a Master's in Tax is a strong plus. Job Description Prepare individual, partnership, corporate, and fiduciary tax returns Manage and assist with audit, review, and compilation engagements Handle interim and year-end closings, along with other accounting projects Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual bookkeeping engagements Work directly with clients and provide proactive, trusted service Manage client accounts independently while collaborating with firm leadership and team members Support a wide variety of tax, accounting, and advisory projects across different industries Identify opportunities to improve client service, strengthen relationships, and contribute to firm growth Qualifications 4+ years of public accounting experience at a CPA firm Bachelor's degree in Accounting required CPA, EA, or Master's in Tax preferred Experience with CCH Axcess, QuickBooks, and Caseware preferred Strong tax preparation, accounting, and client communication skills Ability to manage multiple client matters with accuracy and professionalism Self-motivated, dependable, and comfortable working independently in a client-facing role Why You Will Love Working Here This is a great opportunity for an experienced public accounting professional who wants more ownership, better balance, and a real path forward.
