SEC Reporting Manager Our client is seeking an experienced SEC Reporting Manager/Sr. Manager to help support their SEC Reporting and Technical Accounting function. This is a high-visibility role reporting directly to the VP of SEC Reporting and working closely with the CFO. The ideal candidate should have: 7+ years of SEC Reporting experience and Technical Accounting experience Leadership experience where you've hired or managed people directly Managed the tagging and validation of interactive data (XBRL) for all required SEC filings Deep expertise in U.S. GAAP, SEC reporting requirements, and SOX 404 CPA is preferred For anyone interested, please either apply directly or email ....
