Bookkeeper

Overview We are seeking a bookkeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting principles and practices, with a focus on accounts receivable processes. We require experience. Responsibilities - Process accounts and incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures - Perform day-to-day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting, and recording accounts receivable data - Prepare bills, invoices, and bank deposits - Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly posted - Conduct account research and analysis for delinquent accounts - Generate financial statements and reports detailing accounts receivable status Qualifications - Proficiency in debits and credits - Strong credit analysis skills - Knowledge of double-entry bookkeeping - Ability to analyze financial data and prepare relevant reports - Experience with account reconciliation processes - Familiarity with accounting software for data entry and management - Excellent attention to detail in managing accounts accurately - Knowledge of QuickBooks is preferred If you possess these skills and want to advance your career in accounting, we encourage you to apply for the position with us.
