We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accounts Receivable Bookkeeper to join our finance team.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily accounts receivable functions for residential and commercial properties
Process rent payments, post transactions, and reconcile accounts
Monitor delinquencies in line with company policies
Prepare monthly AR reports and assist with financial audits
Ensure compliance with state, local, and internal financial regulations
Qualifications
2+ years of experience in accounts receivable, preferably in property management or real estate
Proficiency with property management software (AppFolio preferred)
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance is a plus
