LHH Recruitment Solutions (pka Parker+Lynch) is partnering with a growing, PE-backed manufacturing organization in the Lafayette area seeking a Senior Accountant (with potential to elevate to Assistant Controller depending on experience). This position reports directly to the CFO and supports global accounting operations across multiple entities within a collaborative, smaller-office environment.
Responsibilities:
Lead month-end close
Manage cost accounting (inventory, COGS, variances)
Perform variance analysis and track KPIs
Support AP, AR, and cash processes
Prepare consolidated financial statements
Assist with budgeting and forecasting
Partner with global finance teams
Support audits and maintain internal controls
Drive process improvements and reporting enhancements
Build financial models and support analysis
Assist with cross-functional projects
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
3+ years of accounting experience required, ideally in a manufacturing environment
Advanced Excel skills; ERP experience required
CPA preferred
Public accounting foundation preferred
