Our client, a leading organization in the transportation and logistics industry, is seeking a CWR-Specialist, Billing I to join their team. As a CWR-Specialist, Billing I, you will be part of the Billing Department supporting the transportation and logistics team. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and strong communication abilities which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: CWR-Specialist, Billing I

Location: Gainesville, GA

Pay Range:

Shift: Monday-Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

What's the Job?

  • Review and analyze carrier freight bills to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Proactively identify and resolve potential errors and duplicate billing issues.
  • Facilitate the billing process for orders to customers, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing.
  • Communicate effectively with internal departments and external carriers to resolve billing issues.
  • Partner with transportation providers to secure necessary documentation for customer billing.

What's Needed?

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in audit, accounts receivable, accounts payable, load planning, or transportation/logistics.
  • Associate degree in Business or Transportation/Logistics, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present organized and clear information.
