Looking for a reliable and detail oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team.
Should have experience processing invoices, managing vendor accounts, and ensuring timely and accurate payments.

Responsibilities:
Process Vendor Invoices and payments
Reconcile vendor statements and resolve descrpencies
Maintain accurate financial records
Communicate with vendors regarding payment inquiries
Assist with month-end closing tasks
Support the accounting department as needed.

Qualifications:
Accounts Payable experience preferred
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Proficiency with Quick Books
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
