This is a direct hire opportunity offering strong benefits, and a great team environment. Position is onsite. Salary: $75,000-$80,000 DOE What You'll Do: Full-cycle accounts payable processing (must be comfortable in a high-volume environment) High-volume 2-way and 3-way matching Process purchase orders, invoices, check runs, ACH, and wire payments Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies Review invoice approvals and coding Process expense reports Assist with month-end close What We're Looking For: 5+ years of full-cycle AP experience Strong PO and 3-way match experience Experience in high-volume or complex AP environments ERP system experience required Intermediate Excel skills including VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables Strong attention to detail and communication skills Manufacturing industry experience preferred.
