CWR-Specialist, Billing I

Our client, a leading organization in the transportation and logistics industry, is seeking a CWR-Specialist, Billing I to join their team. As a CWR-Specialist, Billing I, you will be part of the Billing Department supporting the Customer Service and Operations teams. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: CWR-Specialist, Billing I

Location: Charlotte, NC

Pay Range: $18.5

Shift: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

What's the Job?

• Review and analyze carrier freight bills to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Proactively identify and resolve potential errors and duplicate billing issues.
• Facilitate the billing process of orders to customers, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and external carriers to gather necessary documentation.
• Continuously seek opportunities to improve the efficiency of the billing cycle from freight bill to customer payment.

What's Needed?

• At least 1 year of experience in audit, accounts receivable, accounts payable, load planning, or transportation/logistics.
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to present clear, organized, and thorough information suitable for various audiences.
