Accounting Manager

Were looking for an Accounting Manager to play a key role in driving accurate reporting, strengthening processes, and supporting strategic decision-making. This role combines hands-on accounting leadership with the opportunity to influence how the business operates and scales.

What Youll Do

• Lead the year-end audit process and partner with external auditors
• Ensure timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual close
• Oversee financial reporting, general ledger integrity, and compliance activities
• Review account reconciliations and guide resolution of discrepancies
• Provide guidance on complex and non-routine transactions
• Partner with senior leadership (Controller, VP of Accounting, etc.) on reporting and analysis
• Develop, document, and maintain accounting policies and internal controls
• Support cross-functional knowledge sharing and finance initiatives
• Contribute to special projects and process improvements

What Were Looking For

• Bachelors degree in Accounting
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
• CPA required
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP
• Advanced Excel skills and overall MS Office proficiency
