Established property management company in West LA is seeking a hands-on Controller to lead a team of 6 in the accounting department.

This role oversees full-cycle accounting, month-end close, financial reporting, budgeting, and team leadership across a multi-property portfolio.

Requirements:

• 7+ years accounting experience (real estate/property management strongly preferred)
• Prior Controller or senior accounting leadership experience
• Yardi software experience required
• Strong leadership and financial reporting background
