Accounts Payable Specialist Job Description As an Accounts Payable Specialist, you will be responsible for processing invoices, initially through a manual process, with a transition to automation using Concur Invoice. You will perform 3-way matching and contribute to the seamless operation of our accounts payable functions. Responsibilities Process invoices efficiently, transitioning from a manual process to automation with Concur Invoice. Perform accurate 3-way matching to ensure consistency and accuracy in accounts payable. Collaborate with team members to align processes with different ERPs within the business. Engage in data entry and maintain precise financial records. Utilize Microsoft Excel for effective data management and reporting. Essential Skills Proficiency in data entry and accounts payable processes. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel. Excellent organizational and project coordination skills. Outstanding communication and follow-up abilities. Capability to manage large-scale data tracking and reporting. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience with financial systems, ERP platforms, or expense management tools, such as Concur. Familiarity with corporate credit card programs and banking platforms like JPMorgan. Work Environment This role is 100% remote, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere. You will be part of a dynamic project team, initially for a 10-week CC rollout project, with integration into one of the three current AP teams afterwards. These teams are aligned with different ERPs within the business, which are yet to be consolidated.
