This role ensures accurate and timely billing through systems such as Ankota, maintains compliant and efficient payroll administration using ADP Workforce, and oversees financial recordkeeping through QuickBooks and Wave Accounting. The Accounting Specialist plays a critical role in maintaining financial integrity, supporting audit readiness, and ensuring compliance with applicable regulations. Key responsibilities include: - Processing and reconciling client billing and claims - Managing employee payroll, timesheet verification, and payroll reporting - Maintaining accurate general ledger entries and financial records - Performing bank reconciliations and monitoring cash flow - Generating financial reports and supporting internal and external audits - Utilizing advanced Excel skills for data analysis, tracking, and reporting - Collaborating with administrative and operational teams to ensure financial accuracy and efficiency
