The company is a small located in Chantilly Virginia. JOB DESCRIPTION The primary responsibilities of the Bookkeeper will be to handle A/P, A/R, monthly statements, bank reconciliation and other clerical tasks. The job includes cutting the A/P checks periodically (about 8 checks per month) and overseeing A/R collection as well as deposits (there are not a lot of transactions). This job is hybrid and can be performed remotely 80% of the time requiring in-person work at the office 20% of the time. The software used by the organization is Quickbooks Online. It is a requirement that the candidates be familiar with this software application or similar.
