Accounts Payable Specialist

Our client in City of Industry, CA is looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist to join their growing team! Role is onsite. Only local applicants will be considered. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary $24 to $25 per hour. Responsibilities: Process full cycle accounts payable invoices including 2 and 3 way match Ensure accuracy and completeness of invoices, purchase orders, and receiving documents Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies Communicate with vendors regarding payment status Assist in month end close activities related to accounts payable Assist with special projects Qualifications: 2+ years full cycle accounts payable experience QuickBooks and intermediate MS Excel Previous experience using Bill.com or similar cloud based software financial solutions platforms for payments High attention to detail and accuracy Strong analytical and problem solving skills REF48103 #LI-POST #ZR #Ind-SFV
