Payroll Administrator - Andover, MA

Our client, a well-established organization within the manufacturing and technology sector, is seeking a Payroll Administrator to support high-volume payroll operations. This role focuses on processing hourly and salaried payroll, maintaining accurate employee data, and supporting timekeeping and payroll-related inquiries in a fast-paced, fully onsite environment.

Responsibilities

Process weekly and biweekly payroll for a large employee population, including hourly and salaried staff
Review and validate timekeeping data, including hours worked, PTO usage, and approvals
Maintain and update employee payroll records and related system data
Support payroll adjustments such as bonuses, reimbursements, and miscellaneous payments
Run standard payroll reports and assist with payroll-to-GL reconciliation support
Respond to employee payroll inquiries and assist with changes to pay, deductions, and direct deposit
Qualifications
3+ years of payroll processing experience in a mid-to-large organization
Experience with ADP Workforce Now and/or ADP Workforce Manager required (Workday acceptable as comparable)
