ITAC Solutions is assisting a well-established Birmingham-based organization in its search for an experienced Full Charge Bookkeeper to join its growing team. Compensation
$55,000-$70,000 annual salary
Additional 5% bonus opportunity
What You'll Be Doing
Manage full-cycle bookkeeping functions for multiple entities
Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
Process payroll and payroll tax filings
Prepare and file sales tax reports
Perform bank and account reconciliations
Maintain general ledger and journal entries
Assist with month-end and year-end close processes
Compile and prepare financial statements and management reports
What You'll Need to Be Considered
4+ years of full-charge bookkeeping or general accounting experience
Experience managing accounting for multiple entities required
Strong experience with QuickBooks Online
Experience with payroll tax and sales tax filings
Strong understanding of general accounting principles
Ability to compile financial statements
Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Excellent communication and time management skills
