Collections Analyst Location: Boca Raton, FL Salary Range: $50,000-$60,000 About the Collections Analyst Opportunity: Very well-established Asset Investment Company who has been in business since 2007 Company in hyper growth mode and will continue to grow organically and through acquisitions This company has long tenured employees and offers growth within the organization Laid back work environment that has a very diverse and inclusive company culture Responsibilities of the Collections Analyst: Reconciliations of payments Making business to business collections calls around 60 call per day Contact customers through both telephone and written communication to bring accounts to current status Work with client to develop ability to negotiate payment plans with delinquent accounts When encountering discrepancies, investigate and develop ability to offer solutions to resolve delinquent accounts, such as terms change and/or late delivery of goods or services Qualifications of the Collections Analyst: Bachelors or Associates degree in accounting, finance, business, or related field preferred. 1-3+ years of accounting or customer service experience preferred.
