Job Overview: This position is responsible for performing a variety of duties in the accounts payable function. Will coordinate accounts payable activities, ensuring vendors and employees are paid correctly and timely. Key Responsibilities: Process payments - uploading electronic invoices from Suppliers through Excel into Oracle. Process weekly checks, mail and other accounts payable functions. Communicate to company managers concerning electronic invoices and taking corrective action as needed. Responsible for processing invoices received for the Loomis Corporate office. Perform invoice audits and reviews. Work with vendors to research and resolve issues ensuring a high level of customer service. Support internal customers as needed (research payment status of invoices). Other duties as assigned. Primary Qualifications : High School Diploma or GED, required . Associates Degree in Accounting or like field, preferred. 5+ years of experience in accounts payable. Individual Skills & Competencies : Strong computer skills, advanced skills in Excel. Experience with Oracle preferred. Strong written and verbal communication skills . Detailed oriented and team player. Strong time management and organizational skills. Strong sense of urgency, initiative and drive to provide quality service. Mandatory overtime during month - end close and special projects, required .
