Your Role & Responsibilities: Serve as the employee's first point of contact for questions related to payroll and benefits. Perform a variety of payroll processing activities to ensure adherence to established operating procedures including annual compliance audits and reporting. Coordinate processing of timecards including working with people managers to ensure time-keeping corrections and submissions are complete and accurate. Maintain processes and systems to facilitate payroll activities including but not limited to deductions for garnishments, benefits (insurances, retirement plan, etc.) and other payroll deductions, W-2 processing, and accurate withholding tax payments for applicable local, state and federal agencies in ADP. Bookkeeping, clerical and other administrative work relating to accounts payable and accounts receivable. Processing, distribution and maintenance of vendor invoices, disbursements, and financial records.
