This entry-level role focuses on basic payment posting tasks, entry-level training, and participating as a rotational team member to build a well-rounded understanding of AR operations. Duties and responsibilities: Perform basic payment posting tasks across approved payment channels under direct supervision. Support the AR team with foundational administrative and operational tasks as directed. Participate in entry-level training and team rotational assignments to develop AR knowledge and skills. Adhere to documented processes, controls, and operational timelines. Assist team members with routine tasks and data entry as needed. Maintain accurate records and documentation in accordance with company policies. Other duties may be assigned as needed. Qualifications: Highschool diploma or equivalent required. 0-1 year of experience in accounts receivable, accounting, or a related field; recent graduates welcome. Basic understanding of accounting or finance concepts a plus. Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn. Good written and verbal communication skills. Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook). Ability to follow documented procedures and work effectively within a team environment.
