Were seeking a future team member for the role of Director to join our Prive Equity Fund Accounting team. This role is loced in Lake Mary, Florida (4 days in office per week).

In this role, youll make an impact in the following ways:

• Direct a Fund Accounting area consisting of multiple teams responsible for conducting accounting services on behalf of a broad array of assigned clients, including determining net asset values, calculing fund performance, allocing expenses, and preparing reports.
• Manage the financial and human resources for the unit, ensuring assigned teams opere effectively to meet unit goals and objectives.
• Execute business plans and contribute to the development of functional stregy, setting guidelines for determining the net asset value (NAV) for funds across various sectors and promoting consistency across product areas.
• Oversee relionship management for a broad set of clients, ensuring customer service levels meet client needs, resolving client issues, and participing in sales efforts including RFP and RFI preparion and presentions.

To be successful in this role, were seeking the following:

• Bachelors degree in accounting or the equivalent combinion of educion and experience.
• 7-10 years of total work experience with least 3-5 years in management preferred.
• Experience a Big 4 accounting firm preferred.
• Proven ability to recruit, direct, motive, and develop staff, maximizing their individual contributions and professional growth.
