Insurance Billing Coordinator, Full Time

The Finance Associate - Long Term Care Insurance Billing Specialist will be responsible for intake, billing, and claims processing for all Caring People clients with LTC insurance. Compensation/Benefits: $30 per Hour/62,400 Salary Full Time Health Insurance Dental Vision Health Savings, Life Insurance, Critical illness, Disability Insurance plans Holidays & PTO QUALIFICATIONS: Three to five years of related experience Bachelors degree in accounting preferred Service industry a plus Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and employees of the agency Proficiency in Excel Proficiency in additional accounting software Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills **Must Have Experience Working With Long Term Care Insurance Policies** RESPONSIBILITIES Verification of LTC Benefits Assist the clients in completing LTC Insurance Claim Forms Submit tax forms and supporting documentation to insurance companies Act as a liaison between insurance companies and clients Responsible for the invoice and collection process for LTC clients Assist the finance team with billing and collection process of all other clients (as required) Ad HOC projects CUSTOMER SERVICE/INTERPERSONAL SKILL Assists other employees where needed; Is responsible and cooperative with clients/families, supervisors, fellow employees; Maintains a friendly working atmosphere; Maintains professional attitude; Maintains professional appearance; Utilizes established channels of communication.
