Accounts Payable Specialist

Job Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Payable Specialist/Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the Company's Accounts Payable processes, ensuring accurate and timely payment of invoices, and maintaining compliance with financial standards. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting our financial operations, including data entry and vendor reconciliation. Prior experience with QuickBooks software is highly desirable. Responsibilities Process and verify invoices, performing three-way matching, and purchase orders using the accounting software. Ensure all payments are made accurately and on time, using discount terms, while adhering to company policies and internal controls. Collaborate with departments to resolve invoice discrepancies or issues promptly. Requirements Preferable experience in accounting software such as QuickBooks. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy in processing transactions. Excellent analytical skills for account reconciliation. Effective communication skills.
